Kim Gutjahr, CPA, Accounting Manager, Keystone Risk Partners. Kim's primary responsibilities include maintaining the books and records of the entities under management by KRP Managers, LLC. Kim performs all aspects of the monthly financial close for various entities, including preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and related analyses. She also builds Excel VBA solutions to support the Finance group, improve processes as opportunities are identified, and drive efficiencies for the entity accounting and administrative side of Keystone.
Prior to joining Keystone, Kim was the Senior Business Data Analyst at Allen Brothers Wholesale Distributors LLC in Philadelphia, PA. During her time there, Kim served as the internal partner for leadership, purchasing, sales, and operations. Projects included sales and margin analysis, void fill analysis, systems and process improvement, tax stamp reporting, database management, Smartsheet administration, data visualization utilizing Tableau, and automation through Excel VBA solutions.
Prior to joining Allen Brothers, Kim held various positions in Finance with DuPont in Wilmington, DE. Over the course of 13 years with DuPont, her responsibilities included internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley), month-end close, management reporting and analysis, SAP upgrade projects, SharePoint administration, and coordination of the monthly fixed cost forecast and annual budget process for approximately forty manufacturing sites across the globe. Kim also developed an Access and Excel Pivot-based reporting tool for the combined Kalrez and Vespel Parts business, providing unprecedented insight into profitability and support for data-driven decisions impacting top-line growth and margins.
Prior to joining DuPont, Kim was a Supervising Senior Accountant in Audit with KPMG LLP in Philadelphia, PA. Kim conducted engagement planning and audit fieldwork for Manufacturing, Public Utility, Non-Profit, Pharmaceutical and other Commercial clients, performed quarterly reviews, and was involved in special projects such as due diligence and agreed-upon procedures related to transfer pricing and compliance testing.
Kim graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University, with a B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance and Marketing. Kim is also a proud graduate of the 251st class of Central High School of Philadelphia, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
